Ingredients:
1 cups vinegar
2 cups water
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoons salt
1 to 2 whole cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
3 medium onions, sliced
Directions:
Mix together all marinade ingredients, place the meat in a deep dish and cover meat with the marinade.
Cover and place it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or over night.
Remove the meat and discard the marinade.
