QUALITY TRIP RULES – 2018
· Only RR&GC members with current dues paid through March 31, 2018 are eligible to purchase up to 2 entry tickets each.
· Tickets are $25 each; the maximum amount to be reimbursed to the winner will be $2,000.00.
· A minimum of 50 tickets and a maximum of 100 tickets will be sold. If less than 50 tickets are sold, a drawing for a winner will not be held. Members who purchased tickets will be reimbursed.
· Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing to purchase tickets in order to be eligible.
· RR&GC members with a family membership may also purchase two additional tickets for each eligible family member.
· The drawing will be held at the annual RR&GC Wild Game Dinner. The winner does not need to be present to win.
· The winner will select a partner who must be an eligible member of the RR&GC and who must also have participated in the drawing.
· An alternate winning ticket will also be drawn in the even the winner cannot take the approved trip.
· A written copy of the proposed trip with a verbal presentation is to be made by the winner or partner. This must be provided and presented to the RR&GC Board of Directors not later than the June Board meeting for approval.
· The winner must have confirmation of key trip logistics (e.g. Guide services, airline tickets, lodging, etc.) by August 1, 2018 and the trip taken before December 31, 2018. If the trip cannot be confirmed prior to August 15, 2018, the winner shall forfeit the trip and the trip will be awarded to the alternate winning ticket holder. The alternate winning ticket holder will follow the same criteria as the original trip winner, with the alternate winner presenting his proposed trip copy with presentation to the RR&GC Board of Directors by the September board meeting.
· In the event that the approved trip cannot be taken, the winner shall notify the RR&GC President immediately upon the winner’s realization that the trip cannot be taken as approved.
· Quality trip funds will be allotted as reimbursements after the winner has paid for portions of the trip. For example, reimbursement for booking fees, airline tickets, etc. Note that a check for reimbursement will not be provided to the winner prior to incurring costs. A maximum amount of $1,000 will be paid after the winner has incurred the initial trip costs. The balance will be paid upon completion of the reporting requirements.
· The winners will present a program, describing their Quality Trip, at a General Meeting of the membership in either February or March 2019.
· The winners will provide a written summary of the completed trip, including logistical details such as travel distances and costs, lodging details and expenses, guide expenses and license costs,, name and addresses of lodging and guides, photos and other details. The report will be published on the Club’s website/Face Book page. (A good reference for the Quality Trip report format can be found on the Club’s website.)
· The winner will sign and date a copy of these rules as an acknowledgement of understanding of the rules.
· The President of RR&GC will send a letter notifying the winner of the trip approval by the Board of Directors.
· The RR&GC Board of Directors may, if requested, modify these rules for special circumstances.

 Only RRGC members with current dues paid through April 1 of following year are eligible to purchase up to 2 entry tickets each. Example: for drawing in March 2010, member must have dues paid through April 1, 2011.
 Tickets are $25 each, the value of the trip (maximum amount reimbursed to winner) will be $2,000.
 A minimum of 50 and a maximum of 100 tickets will be sold. If less than 50 tickets are sold, no winner will be drawn and members who purchased tickets will be reimbursed.
 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing to purchase tickets.
 RRGC members with a family membership, the spouse and eligible dependents (18 years or older) may also purchase up to 2 tickets each.
 The drawing will be held at the annual RRGC Wild Game Dinner. You do not need be present to win.
 The winner will select a partner who must be a member of the RRGC and who must also have participated in the drawing.
 An alternate will also be drawn in the event the winner's trip cannot be taken as approved. The alternate will select his/her own partner who must also be a RRGC member and also have participated in the drawing.
 A written copy and a presentation in person (winner or partner) of the proposed trip must be provided to the RRGC Board in either the May or June Board meeting for Board approval.
